We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Sales team

Open Position:
Sales & Operations Specialist

Role:

• Assist in Sales: locking up 4 deals/mo, meet with Sellers, get contracts signed, calling leads, handling objections, attending trainings and sales practice
• Assist in Operations: getting contracts signed, hosting walkthrough’s on wholesale deals, assisting in Renovation tasks (not labor) such as meeting contractors, photographers, and marketing professionals

Pay:

• $2,000/mo or 6% Commission per acquisition deal closed, whichever is higher 
• Team Bonus pay at owner’s discretion per Flip closed (when our flips sell to Retail Buyers)

Schedule:

• 9 – 6pm Monday – Friday, work 2 Saturday’s/mo

Goals:

• 60 Day Blitz – goal is to assist in locking up 5 deals in 60 days
• Hit this goal for a $500 bonus
• After 60 days – consistently assist company in locking up 4 deals/mo
